1. REGISTRATION

You can register with us by either creating an account at the relevant “create an account” section or by clicking the “login with facebook” button for automatic registration. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To be able to purchase an item through this website:

You are required to provide personal details.

You warrant that the personal information you provide is both accurate and true.

You warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

You warrant that you are the holder of a valid credit/debit card.

3. MAKING A PURCHASE

Items offered in this website are for sale on the price stated herein. A purchase contract between you and “oikos” becomes effective only after you submit your order and your order has been accepted by us.

You submit an offer by entering all required information during the ordering process:

-Choose the product of your interest.

-Choose your “size numeric”.

-Confirm quantity.

-Click on the “add to cart” button.

-Enter your Coupon quote (if you have one).

-Click “Checkout” to proceed:

-Checkout as a Guest or Register under “Check out Method” and then select “Continue”.

-Fill in Billing Information and select “Continue”.

-Select “Shipping Method” and then select “Continue”.

-Provide us with Payment Method under “Payment Information” i.e. Cash on Delivery (available for an address in Greece), Bank Transfer Payment, Check / Money Order or PayPal and then select “Continue”.

-Under “Order Review” you will be able to view the details you have provided and correct any possible mistakes. After this review, please select the NGO you would like to donate to and then select “Order” to complete the transaction.

After completion of the above processes, you will receive an email from us confirming the receipt of your order. Mind you that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending an email that confirms that products are ready to dispatch along with the official order receipt/invoice.

4. PRICING

Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). If your card is not charged in Euros but in other currencies then you will be charged in accordance to the exchange rate of the day your card issuer proceeds with the transaction. Please note that the prices on this website do not include delivery costs, a sum that will be added to the total amount due upon completion of your order. Please refer for more information to our Shipping Information section.

5. PAYMENT

We take good care the payment methods through this website are secured.

Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, and any other method which is stated on this website. Your card company may undertake a security check in order to confirm the identity of the person placing the order.

In case your card company refuses or does not authorize the payment, then we are not liable for any delay or even non-delivery.

We accept Cash on Delivery only for deliveries within Greece with a total delivery flat rate of five (5) Euros.

6. DELIVERY and INSURANCE

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. 

Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only and commence from the dispatch date.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities.

We insure each purchase whilst in transit and till the products are delivered to the address you provided us with.

Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility.

Please check the package is not damaged before signing.

7. TAX AND CUSTOMS

Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities.no control over possible additional charges or inspections.

8. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once a product is selected and added to cart, the first step of the checkout process involves a “get a shipping quote” application – at this point you will receive a quote based on the destination the product is to be shipped. Estimated delivery time is to be confirmed. 

Shipping within Greece is carried out by SPEEDEX courier (express) or similar other companies. Within this price (only for Greece) we also provide a Cash on Delivery service. Estimated delivery time is to be confirmed. 

Order cost 0-100 Euros: Shipping cost 5 Euros

Free delivery for orders over 100 euro, only for Greece.

International delivery costs have to be discussed with Oikos. 

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

9. TRACKING AN ORDER

It is possible to track your order through DHL for international orders outside of Greece and DHL and ACS Couriers for Delivery in Greece. The email you will receive confirming your order will provide the relevant tracking number for each shipping service provider

10. CANCELING AN ORDER

 You have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice (any time after your order has been placed) up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. We will only accept cancelations provided that all items returned to us are unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled.

11. RETURNS AND EXHANGES

You may return the items delivered to you within 7 days upon delivery date by return shipment without stating any reason. Note that all shipping return costs are to be paid solely by the costumer. In such a case you will receive a refund equal to the returned product’s value.

You can only exchange the purchased item for the same item in different size and/or color, based on availability. We will not accept exchanges of other kind. Should you decide to return a purchased product be advised that you will have to make a new order for every next purchase.  

All items should return to us unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled and we may send them back to you and/or a refund will be refused. More specifically:

-All shoes should be tried on carpeted area only.

-Swimming suits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear and without removing the protective adhesive strip. We will not accept any returns of the above items in case the strip has been removed or in case the items are soiled.

13. LIABILITY

All products on this website are of satisfactory quality, comply with their description and fit for their purpose. We guarantee that we have good title to sell these products to you.

We accept liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.

In case we breach these Terms & Conditions by ordinary negligence any major obligation or secondary obligation whose breach puts the achievement of the contractual purpose at risk or whose fulfillment is essential to the due and proper performance of the contract and whose fulfillment customer could reasonably rely upon, shall be limited to foreseeable damage characteristic for the contract.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay to meet our obligations caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including but not limited to, trademarks, copyright and all other intellectual property rights is property of www.createharmony.com. Neither the content, nor any other intellectual property right may be used, reproduced, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.

16. NO WAIVER

In case you breach the Terms & Conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you breach the terms and conditions.

17. AMENDMENTS

We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the Terms & Conditions in force at the time you place an order with us. We encourage you to visit these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure that you are fully aware of them.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All legal disputes arising out of or in connection with purchasing through www.oikos.gr shall be governed exclusively by Greek law (EU law) and shall be subject to the competent authority of the courts of Athens, Greece.
